Our team of experienced engineers’ project manage a variety of developments that are both innovative and cost effective whilst still being functional. Experienced across all sectors from commercial to residential properties, our team of experts will offer a practical solution to meet the needs of the client.

Our engineers keep up-to-date with the latest products, technologies, and industry developments; they then apply their acquired knowledge to clients' projects. We are focused on effective solutions and deliver projects from design to completion. We work either through the traditional design route or as part of your team through our design and build service.

Our CAD technicians use the latest Autodesk AutoCAD software to produce project specific, fully co-ordinated M&E drawings. Clash detection enables potential issues to be identified and resolved prior to works commencing, saving the client both time and money. Full, 3D, M&E models are provided for BIM managed projects.

Once Greenway and Partners are awarded a contract, the CAD technicians will partner with the engineers to co-ordinate the building services within the building structure, working from the architects' drawings and regularly liaising with the client. When the works commence on site, the Project Manager will continue to work closely with the engineers in charge and CAD technicians to ensure a smooth installation of the building services and a fully integrated package
