Registrations and affiliations

We are registered with the ACE (Association of Consulting Engineers) and have achieved Level 1 of the West Midlands Forum Common Standard for Equal Opportunities. We are also a registered company with BRE for the preparation of SAP and SBEM calculations and are authorised to prepare energy performance certificates (EPC’s).

All our site personnel are registered with the CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) and have enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks.

Each member of our team are also accredited with either CIBSE (Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers) or the IET (Institution of Engineering and Technology).

We provide designs that conform to the relevant legislation, British Standards, client specific standards and comply with the requirements on the ”Designer” as defined in the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.

All design work completed here at Greenway and Partners Ltd is covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance.
