Being located within the middle of Warwickshire, Greenway and Partners have worked on a lot of historic projects. Preserving and maintaining our heritage requires a level of expert knowledge, skill, and care which results from experience and dedication.

Greenway and Partners has widespread experience in providing design advice and project delivery for listed buildings, including churches and other ecclesiastical premises, which we base on an in-depth exploration of their past, as well as their present significance.

We work with both owners and occupiers of historic buildings and estates and we possess the depth of experience and expertise required to meet the requirements of conservation bodies such as the National Trust, English Heritage, and the Heritage Lottery Fund.

Some of the projects recent include a major refurbishment of a Grade II* building at Oxford College; a number of projects with the National Trust; the refurbishment and conversion of the Historic Stratford Tollhouse; the refurbishment of a Grade II* listed parkland / building which is being funded by the National Lottery, the Heritage Fund, and the Big Lottery; and the refurbishment of the War Memorial Park in Coventry.
